3. Non-Refundable Items - Custom or tailor-made pieces. - Products purchased on sale or with promotional offers. - Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery.

Refund Process Once your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement: - If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. - If you prefer a replacement, we will initiate the process as soon as we receive the returned product (if applicable).
5. Shipping Costs - In cases where you received the wrong product, a defective product, or a damaged item, Palini will cover the return shipping costs.
