1. Shipping Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Custom or Tailor-Made Products: These pieces are handcrafted and require a longer production time. Please allow a minimum of 20 days for production, with an additional 6-7 business days for shipping, making the total delivery time approximately 30 days from the date of order.

2. Shipping Locations 
We offer shipping across India. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.
- Orders Below ₹2,000: For orders under ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Packaging 
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt, preferably with an unboxing video for a faster resolution.
